These are the terms and conditions on which we supply and deliver training and development services, whether attendance services or digital content.
Please read these terms carefully before submitting your order. These terms explain who we are, how we provide services, how the contract may be changed or ended, and what to do if there is a problem.

A contract comes into existence when we confirm acceptance of your order by email.
If we are unable to accept your order due to resource limitations, pricing errors, or delivery constraints, we will notify you and no charges will be made.
You may request changes to services by contacting us. We will confirm whether changes are possible and any implications for pricing or delivery.
We may make minor technical or regulatory changes to services without affecting overall quality.
Service costs are displayed on our website or agreed in writing. Delivery timelines are confirmed during the order process.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control but will communicate promptly if delays occur.
You may end the contract depending on the nature of the service, performance, and timing. Refund eligibility varies based on circumstances.
Cooling-off rights apply under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to exceptions for completed services and digital content.
All prices are subject to VAT. Payment is required before service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur interest charges in line with applicable regulations.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by failure to perform services with reasonable care and skill.
We do not accept liability for indirect or business losses, including loss of profit or opportunity.
We may transfer this agreement to another organisation. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
These terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
