What is My360Goals?

My360Goals is a Multi-Rater Assessment (MRA), a flexible online feedback tool that gives individuals a structured way to identify strengths and development areas within their current capability.
The 360 process brings together multiple perspectives on performance, providing a balanced view of the impact an individual has on the organisation, colleagues, and customers.
My360Goals helps individuals identify development priorities, set time-bound goals, and receive objective feedback on progress.

Respondent Types

Direct Reports
Anyone who reports directly into the individual. This is commonly the main group of people directly under them, but can include the next level down depending on their role.

Self
Self-assessment allows individuals to reflect on their own capability and benchmark their perception against feedback from others.

Line Manager
The person the individual reports into on a day-to-day basis. If they are the most senior person, this section may not be required.

Peer Group
Colleagues working at a similar level within the organisation, often within the same department or reporting line.

Other
Anyone that does not fit into the other categories, such as people from different departments or external stakeholders.
